Purchase Policy

Press-on nails and customized products: For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our handmade customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

*Before making a purchase, the user must verify the measurements and characteristics of the product. Please consider our creation time and make sure to measure your nails correctly, as we are not responsible if you order the wrong size.

Damaged or defective products: Products must be in the same condition as received (unused, unwashed, without odor or other alterations) and with original packaging and tags. Conde Nails reserves the right to make the exchange or dismiss the transaction, in which case the money resulting from it will be returned by the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event that the customer receives the package contents in poor condition due to transport, they have the right to file a claim within 24 hours, in writing to the email condenailsxpress@gmail.com

It is stated that Xpress Nails are sold in kits of 10 nails or kits of 22 nails (they are not sold individually)

The customer must cover shipping costs, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed in the case of exchanges.

Returns are not permitted after 24 hours from purchase.
