Return and exchange policy
At Conde Nails, each product is prepared with dedication and care. We work primarily with custom and personal use items, so our policies are strict to guarantee the hygiene, quality, and experience of each client.
❌ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We do not accept exchanges or returns on:

Press-on nails

Custom-made or personalized products

Personal use accessories
This is due to hygiene reasons and the handmade, personalized nature of our products.
📏 IMAGES, COLOR, AND SIZE
Images and color:
Photographs are illustrative. The tone may vary due to screen calibration and lighting conditions. These differences do not constitute a defect.
Size and fit:
It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size. We provide our Size Quiz/Guide and WhatsApp support to advise you before purchasing.
Customized (Atelier, Conde Custom, and special sizes):
Due to their nature, there are no exchanges or returns if the reason is incorrect size, color/design expectation, or personal preference.
Conde Ready / Conde Fit:
We accept size exchanges as long as the kit is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, within 7 calendar days of receipt. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
📦 DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To evaluate the case, we will need:

Description of the problem
Once the claim is validated, we will offer a free replacement or a coupon to use on your next purchase (depending on product availability and case analysis).
For the claim to be valid, the product must not have been used or tested. No exchanges will be accepted if the product shows signs of use, adhesive residue, customer-inflicted damage, or if its original presentation has been altered.
🛠️ HANDCRAFTED NATURE
Each set is handmade. Small variations from the photo (shine, micro-details, stroke) are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute a defect.
✅ CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after purchase.
After that period, all sales are final and non-refundable, without exception.
🛎 SALON SERVICES
Manicure services performed in our salon are not refundable once rendered.
For rescheduling or canceling appointments, please write to us at least 24 hours in advance.
