What happens if I get the wrong size?

Don't worry. If your nails don't fit well, write to us within 7 days of receiving them and we'll help you exchange them.

We want them to fit you perfectly. (Exchanges apply only if the nails have not been used.)
Can they be reused?

Yes! All our press-on nails are designed to be reusable 3 to 5 times (or more!) if cared for properly.

Use the correct glue, avoid prolonged exposure to water, and store them in their original case.
How long do they last once on?

It depends on the method you choose:

  • With glue → between 7 and 14 days
  • With adhesive tabs (stickers) → between 1 and 3 days. Ideal for events or temporary use.
Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide.

In CABA and GBA, you can receive your order on the same day or within 24–48 hours via moto-delivery (depending on the area and time of purchase).

For the rest of the country, delivery time varies depending on the carrier and your location (2 to 5 business days).

How do I know what size I am?

You can take our Visual Quiz on the website: select images similar to your nails and we'll suggest the ideal size in 2 minutes.

You can also measure your nails with a ruler and follow our size guide.
Do you do custom designs?

Yes 💖 At Conde Custom you can choose colors, shapes, length… and even send us inspiration!

Our designs are handmade especially for you and have a production time of 5 to 10 business days.
