This website is operated by Conde Nails, a trademark registered in Argentina, with an address at Soldado de la Independencia 1137, CABA, Argentina. By making a purchase in our online store, you accept the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before using our site.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Conde Nails offers salon services, custom press-on nails, and nail accessories. Our products are intended for personal or professional use. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through Mercado Pago, bank transfer, and credit and debit cards. All payments must be credited before order preparation begins.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship nationwide via Correo Argentino and Andreani. In CABA and GBA, we offer motorcycle delivery. You can also choose pickup at our store.

Production time: up to 5 business days
Estimated shipping times:
- Motorcycle delivery (CABA/GBA): same day or within 24–48 hours depending on zone and time of purchase
- Correo Argentino / Andreani: between 1 and 5 business days, depending on destination
Store pickup: we will notify you via WhatsApp or email when your order is ready

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking and adherence to the deadline are the responsibility of the logistics operator or courier. Conde Nails is not responsible for delays attributable to the operator.
For motorcycle deliveries, if there is no one to receive at the informed address, the second attempt can be rescheduled with an additional cost.

4. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For hygiene reasons and due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our press-on nails and custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final, no exceptions.

5. SALON SERVICES

Salon service appointments are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once payment is made. The services provided are non-refundable. We recommend arriving punctually and communicating any modifications in advance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including images, texts, designs, logos, names, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Conde Nails. Its total or partial reproduction is not permitted without express written authorization.
