Shipping policy

At Conde Nails, we ship all over Argentina. Below, we detail the conditions, delivery times, and available operators for shipping your orders.

📍 SHIPPING ZONES

• CABA and GBA: Shipments via motorcycle courier.

• Rest of the country: Shipments through Correo Argentino or Andreani (depending on availability and zone).

• Store pickup: You can pick up your order at our store once we confirm it's ready.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMES

• Production: All orders require up to 5 business days for preparation, especially for custom press-on nails.

• Shipping days: orders are shipped between 3 and 5 business days after payment is received, depending on the product category.

• Atelier Category: if the order is placed by 12 noon, the product can be picked up or shipped the same day.

• After shipping: the shipping times of the selected logistics operator apply.

⚠️ Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand (such as launches, promotions, or holidays).

💸 SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the zone and selected delivery method.

You can access special free shipping promotions during certain campaigns (announced on social media or website banners).

🚚 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp, depending on the selected shipping method:

• Correo Argentino / Andreani: you will receive a tracking number to trace your package online. Delivery time will depend on the operator and destination.

• Motorcycle courier (CABA/GBA): we will coordinate delivery directly with you.

• Store pickup: we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
